Phil Stutz and Barry Michels are experienced psychologists that identify 5 tools to Transform Your Problems Into Courage, Confidence, and Creativity: 1)Reversal of desire, 2) Active love, 3) Inner authority, 4) The grateful flow, and 5) Jeopardy. The tools serve as practical guidelines that can immediately be implemented to overcome emotional baggage we all have to one degree or another. Their approach is inclusive of a metaphysical component, so depending on your worldview, tolerance is needed to adapt what is not compatible with your beliefs. The Road Back to You is a unique approach―a practical, comprehensive way of accessing Enneagram wisdom from a Christian worldview perspective that revealed some more pieces of my personal dysfunctions.
